You know you live in the north when...
Well, you know it's been a long, cold winter when +19C feels hot. Yes, that's right, HOT. Talk to me in a few weeks after we've had some upper twenties weather and I will be singing an entirely different tune.

It's so funny how our bodies adjust. I grew up in the Mohave Desert in AZ. In the summer a typical day can be 130 degrees. It makes those nice 110 degree days seem cool. I never did adjust. I much prefer my cloudy, wet Oregon weather :-)
Thank you for your sweet comment on my blog. Sarah Meister has been asking me to share my singing. So I finally got enough courage to post it on my blog. God Bless! :-)

That first hot day after winter always feels unbearably warm! Luckily it's always windy in spring in Alberta - kind of leads us gently into the summer weather.
